Any idea if blizzard is just planning to make threat increase a passive skill? I would assume so unless they are just planning to totally destroy bear tanking, which would make zero sense. The term Blizzard is using to describe what is happening to threat talents for all tanking classes is "baked in". In other words, it'll be passive...you won't need to spend talents points to get it. My concern, ...
You want multiple pets for multiple purposes. A bear is great for solo grinding, but for PVP they're practically worthless. A cat is good for damage output, but they can't withstand much of a beating. You also want different pets with different resistences on them for end-game content (pre-BC). I don't know about level 70 content. Also, different pets have different abilities, some of which are very good, others of which are not so good. They're also good for some things, and not for others, etc. My stable pre-BC: -Wolf with max fire resistance: Useful for MC, Ony, BWL, and grinding dragonkin. -Cat with moderate shadow resistance and damage buffs: PVP glass cann...
I paid attention to that as well, would a scorpid sting break traps? I normally pull with a scorpid, I don't know why. I know better than to pull with a Serpent or Viper. I saw no other DoTs on the mob. -"Now you see that evil will always triumph because good is dumb!" Scammich- Level 70 Dwarf Hunter (SV)- Doomhammer Eelfinn- Level 35 Blood Elf Warlock (Aff)- Doomhammer Buttas- Level 14 Gnome Mage (Fire)- Doomhammer Brutae- Level 14 Draenei Paladin (Holy)- Doomhammer Sewp- Level 35 Human Warrior (Arms)- Doomahammer Monsterd- Level 62 Tauren Druid (Feral)- GaronaSounds like a DoT of some kind.-(Back in Retirement) Draka: Sayis Leve...
That's what I thought, too, until I tried grinding on gray mobs and noticed he wasn't gaining any experience. Learn something new every day, I suppose.er, well if you're soloing, it's going to be mana-intensive since your pet probably won't be much help. you have to learn the art of kiting if you're soloing(which i'd rarely do anyways). option 2: get into an instance. option 3: get a buddy to watch your butt or partner with to kill mobs faster than you could do alone. ^This. A good elemental shaman will be running 40%rit self-buffed in T6. Pre-haste gems, 50% with a doomkin wasn't too hard. Hey guys thanks for dealing with my noob questions and being patient.... I am loving my mage and just dinged 21 last night and have an idea what kind of build (aanefire) I am going to use for PvP. The only thing I am wanting to know is if its wrong to not have mros and titanpanel? I do not lag alot for thelking aspt but at the same time I am thinking right now its not hurting me to use titanpanel and mros at this lvl in teh game. Is it going to hurt me in the future in PvP if I am not using mro...
thats what i said the entire time FSW is kkass...thought the thread enden there..By the way Jenova, there's also people in T6 who just get reallyrappy drops. Best guild on my server, downed Illidan on Monday, and I saw one of their 3 main lks - still wearing the blue robes from SV. Last Ihked, they've had a grand total of 4 robes off Mag, 1 off Hydross, none off Vashj, 1 off Kael, none off Ahimonde, and 3 off Gorefiend (whh hardlyount, they've itemized... not very well, barely better than FSW for a UA lk). What do you get when you pair Mythic Entertainment with Kongregate, the site that provides over 11,000 free web games? Apparently, you get a Warhammer Online contest called the WAR Series Challenge, where 5 winners will receive a copy of Warhammer Online: Age of Reckoning and a 6-month subscription to the game. In order to win, you need to achieve goals in three of Kongregate's games:
Hit level 5 in Sonny
Store up 50 gold in Talesworth Arena: Death Watch
Slay 10 enemies in Hands of War
If you think that's easy, then don't wait to jump in and hit these goals to enter the sweepstakes, as you'v...
Greg Canessa, VP of video game platforms at casual games behemoth PopCap, has left the company to go work for an entirely different titan - Warcraft developers Blizzard Entertainment. The move is a radical shift for Canessa, who spent seven years prior to his time at PopCap as the group manager for Microsoft's Xbox Live - what would eventually become Xbox Live Arcade. Like PopCap, XBLA focuses on "casual" titles that are easy to pick up and play, meant for 15-minute play sessions instead of multi-hour marathons (...usually.) So what's he doing over at a studio reowned for ...
MMO-Champion has as preview of most of the Tier-9 sets up, along with set bonuses. Paladin Tier-9 is apparently called Turalyon's Battlegear, Garb and Plate for Retribution, Holy and Protection respectively. I don't know how final any of these are, since they are being pulled off of the test servers. The new paladin sets kind of remind me of the old school PVP sets minus the tacky yellow color. I like the blue, white and bronze/gold color scheme, it's very regal looking. The helm is also "wearable", unlike Tier-8's weir...
