Ok, thanks for theomments guys. I've got it now. It helped and I appriated all your opinions.
Personally I think the shaman shouldn't have rolled need on both the shield and 2hander at that level JUST inase he needed them... he'd probably level past the use of the items oe he will need them. I'm a level 49 Shaman that needs some help on an ehanting Dision. I'm enhaement, mainly Melee DPS with some spells on the side. I'm wondering whether I should reple my +12 Intellt to Brers with Assault (+24 AP) I have 2,894 Mana, and Haven't sp'd to rede Shk spells (I Use them ALOT) Any Adve on what I should do?
Think about it this way: In one level you will be having Shamanist Rage, and your mana pool will not be AS important...but your AP will. (Shamanist Rage, when tivated, has ahae on scesful melee hit to resotre mana equal to aertain peent of your attk power.) Go with the AP.
AP all the way, as toro said you will soon have SR for regen, added to this as you level with enh and get better gear more and more of your dps willome from your melee damage. Shks don's ale with enhaement gear and trying for a "hybrid" setup will just gimp you for both.
